Below you’ll find answers to our most common questions about how our process works, how to care for your apparel, and what to expect when ordering.


How is your custom apparel made?

Every piece at BenAnna Split Customs is created using Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers — a high-quality process that lets us print full-color designs with amazing detail and durability. The artwork is printed on a special film and heat-pressed onto your garment, resulting in a soft, vibrant finish that holds up beautifully wash after wash.


What types of clothing do you offer?

We currently customize t-shirts, crewnecks, and hoodies in a variety of sizes and colors. Our favorite go-to styles include:

  • Gildan 18000 Heavy Blend Sweatshirt
  • Gildan 18500 Hoodie
  • Bella + Canvas 3001 Unisex T-Shirt
  • Port & Company Fan Favorite T-Shirt
  • Comfort Colors 1717 T-shirt

While these are the styles we work with most, we also work with a variety of other garments including sports jerseys, performance t-shirts and sweatshirts, infant bodysuits, etc. If you’re looking for a specific brand or style, just let us know — we love helping you find the perfect fit!


Can I request a custom design?

Yes, please do! ✨ Custom designs are what we’re all about. Use our contact form to share your idea or upload your artwork, and we’ll send a mockup for your approval before printing. We’ll work with you to make sure every detail is just right.


Is there a minimum order size?

No minimums here! We happily create one-of-a-kind pieces or bulk orders for your group, team, or event.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Our usual turnaround time is 7–10 business days after you approve your design mockup. Shipping times depend on your location and order size. Need it sooner? Send us a message — we’ll do our best to make it happen!


How should I care for my custom apparel?

To keep your design looking its best:

  • Turn your item inside out before washing
  • Use cold water and mild detergent
  • Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry
  • Do not iron

These simple steps help your apparel stay vibrant and soft over time.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a defect or an error on our end. If something’s not right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — promise!


Can you print my logo or team name?

Absolutely! We love working with small businesses, teams, and community groups. DTF printing is perfect for crisp logos, detailed artwork, and colorful designs that hold up to daily wear.


What file types do you accept for custom designs?

We recommend sending your artwork in PNG format with a transparent background and a resolution of at least 300 DPI. Not sure what that means? Don’t worry — we’re happy to help prep your file before printing!


Will I see a mockup before you print my order?

Yes! Every custom order includes a digital mockup for your approval before we print. We’ll only move forward once you’re 100% happy with the design.
